A small apothecary, run by the people who pack it
True Beauty Goods Co. is the retail storefront of True Beauty Apothecary LLC, and it exists because the founder got tired of reading ingredient lists that needed a chemistry degree to decode and a marketing story that fell apart the moment you turned the bottle over. We sell skincare, bath and body products that are straightforward about what is in them, what they do, and what they will not do.
The business is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It is genuinely small. Orders are picked and packed by the same handful of people who choose the products and answer the support email, which is why a question about a formula usually gets a real answer rather than a link to an FAQ.
How we choose what to stock
Every product in the catalogue has to earn its place on three counts. The ingredient list has to be short enough to read and honest enough to publish in full. The formula has to do something specific rather than promise everything. And it has to be something we would use ourselves or give to someone we like.
We range from a four dollar lip balm to professional devices, and that spread is deliberate. Not every problem needs an expensive answer, and a good basic product used consistently will beat an expensive one used twice. We would rather sell you the four dollar thing that works than talk you into the hundred dollar thing that does not.
We do not run manufactured scarcity, countdown timers, or invented original prices to discount from. The price on the page is the price. If something is genuinely discontinued we say so.
Packing and shipping
Orders leave our facility the same business day when they are placed before 1:00pm Eastern. Everything is packed to survive the carrier, because a leaked bottle in a padded envelope helps nobody. Glass is wrapped, decanted products are sealed and taped, and the box is sized to the order rather than to whatever was nearest.
Shipping is free over seventy-five dollars, and below that it is charged at what it actually costs us. We do not build the shipping cost into the product price and then call the shipping free.
If we get it wrong
We will. Everyone does eventually. What we will not do is make it your problem. If a parcel is lost we reship or refund without making you wait out a carrier investigation. If a product is not right for you, you have thirty days to send it back, opened or not. If a device fails in the first year we repair or replace it and pay the postage both ways.
